    The payment is to be done by credit card or cash on spot. Credit cards can be charged remotely, but only on the service day.
  • How will I recognize the guide?
    Have a look at their portrait on our "about" page. If you are at the agreed meeting spot, finding them will be a piece of cake. The guide likely also wears our branded clothes.
  • Is it common to pay tips on a private tour?
    Yes, although its not expected from you. We pride ourselves in paying the guides well.
  • How early do I need to arrive before the tours starts?
    Simply be on time. You can also choose to be like a Swiss: In Switzerland, our culture is to be 5 minutes early.
  • What is the difference between a public and a private tour?
    A public tour is recurring. Its with multiple parties and therefore a shared experience. In public tours, the itinerary is fixed and we are not able to fully focus on every single traveller.
  • Can I extend my tours duration?
    Sure. If the weather is nice and you have a great time with our guide, feel free to extend the tour by coordinating with the guide directly. The additional time is to be paid on spot (credit card or cash).
  • Are the tours suitable for children?
    Yes, this is the case for all private tours. If you mention that you have kids, we will make sure all of you have a great experience.
  • Are pets allowed on the tours?
    Sure, we love that. Please let us know in advance though.
  • Is there a discount for infants and children?
    No. Kids untill 5.99 are not counted towards the group size.

  • What should I wear for the tours?
    Consider the weather and the season! Nothing special is required and you dont need extra equipment.
  • Where can I store my luggage?
    You are able to do so at every train station in the region. Even huge suitcases can be stored.
  • Are all tours accessible and suitable for people with reduced mobility? ♿
    All tours are either accessible by default or can be adapted this way. We are experienced with guests that are in wheelchairs as well as older people. Accessibility and inclusion is an important matter for us. We will make your trip happen and make sure everybody can have the best Swiss experience. We even have an "Eurokey" for facilities like accessible elevators, ramps and toilets.
  • What if the weather turns out to be bad?
    Our tours run in any condition. We dont offer date changes. In case one of the suppliers like a cable car doesnt run, we will suggest you the best alternative and make sure that you are happy!
