We had a fantastic tour!! Our family booked Interlaken Walking Tours for a private tour of Jungfraujoch and I can highly recommend them AND this tour. Matteo was an awesome tour guide - so fun and knowledgeable. He was friendly and easy going and had everything perfectly organised for a seamless trip. Touring Jungfraujoch requires various tickets for the cable car, train, and observatory etc so I can recommend the ease of having it all prepaid and mapped out for you. Jungfraujoch was truly awe inspiring. The views of the glacier are breathtaking. A definite bucket list item. This is a really easy tour with massive wow factor returns. A+ recommendation. Der Tour Guide Matthias war sehr nett und cool. Zufälligerweise war ich heute Abend der einzelne und wir waren nur zwei, ich habe viel über Interlaken und die Schweiz gelernt. Danke sehr für die schöne Erfahrung.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt in Interlaken im Jungfrau Victoria. Auf der Website des Luxushotels wirde die Walking Tour angepriesen. Wir kamen pünktlich 17.50 zum Startpunkt (siehe Bild) am Samstag, 30.08.25. Wir haben zuvor noch die Website konsultiert, es gab keine Absage der Tour. Auf der Website wurde explizit erwähnt, dass keine Anmeldung nötig ist. Leider kam kein Tourguide oder dergleichen vorbei. Wir sind dann unverrichteter Dinge wieder abgezogen. Wir können den Touroperator aufgrund Unzuverlässigkeit überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Zudem werden wir den No-Show dem Hotel Jungfrau Victoria melden. Das Hotel im hohen Preissegment sollte keine unzuverlässigen Partner auf ihrer Website empfehlen.

Sheila was an amazing guide for two full days. She was full of history and fun facts, and was so easy to be around. Sheila knew how all the trains, buses and gondolas ran, so we were always ontime and never waited for anything. Just a beautiful person with a great heart. Good luck in school.
