Potential State of Emergency in Switzerland

12 Mar 2020 -- Posted by : admin

In parts of Switzerland a state of emergency has been declared, limiting public events to a minimum. Currently, this does not apply to us (to the canton of Bern). We are monitoring the situation. Please be aware, that our Free Walking Tour might get cancelled this month, more information will follow in due time.

Until then, our tours with the exeption of the Rugenbräu Brewery Tour are not affected by the disease, operation continues as scheduled. The Rugenbräu Brewery Tour will not take place until further notice. On our other tours, we enforce the rules of conduct by the Federal Council. Hand shaking will be avoided, and we ask anyone with flu like symptoms (fever, sore throat, coughing) not to participate on tours and to seek medical attention, we reserve the right to deny participation at the guides discression. We thank you for your understanding!

More information can be found on the website of the Federal Office of Public Health.

Nonetheless, we look forward to welcoming you on our tours and hope you enjoy your stay in Switzerland!
